Lawn Care You Can Count On

No stress, great results

Lawn Care and Much More

Licensed and insured, an army of one, sometimes a cost effective alternative to heavy equipment or a crew of college boys, Greg has been mowing lawns and providing other property services since 1977.  Chief among those services are residential and commercial lawn mowing, trimming, and blowing, mowing of fields, road sides, and cemeteries; hedge and shrub trimming, tree trimming or removal below 14 feet, stump removal, spring and fall yard cleanups, power raking, and snow removal.  He is experienced, well equipped, and confident in handling your lawn care needs.

From November to April, or any other time he can squeeze it in, Greg does many other things for his customers, such as quick lightbulb changes, hauling engine blocks and other debris, moving bronze statues and gun safes up the stairs, moving 600 pound boulders and tearing apart old sheds, sometimes in a few minutes with bare hands, window washing, wood chopping, pulling fence posts out of the ground, and setting up snow fences.  He digs holes very fast.  Desperate realtors trying to close on a deal with a shed full of old furniture, knee high grass, and brown cedar bushes by the front door will dangle a carrot in front of Greg's nose and he will solve the problem, if he has to load the cedars in the dark!  Sometimes, he does some apprentice level carpentry and drywall finishing.  Sometimes building and painting contractors hire him.

Greg Sheldon grew up in Missoula, the son of a college professor, grandson of a farmer and an insurance VP.  He loved the wild country, books, cats and music.  He ran track and cross country, got some academic honors and studied cello performance at San Francisco Conservatory.

He had some of what it took for a concert career, but not quite enough.  He ended up playing the chainsaw and the hedge trimmer pretty well.  He likes working hard outside in all seasons.  He likes driving his old trucks home into a twilight thunderstorm.
